“This is our first year, so we have focused on obtaining the data and collaborating and coordinating with other departments so that we have the right data and are able to present it. This process is almost complete. Where we go from here is first to focus less on the gathering and cleanup of data and more on the business-focused modeling, and secondly to begin developing some dashboards.”
