SUMMARY
There’s long been little question that the CFO role is expanding, but just how a finance leader should allocate their time to address their far-flung responsibilities has remained every CFO’s quandary.
Now a new study from Workday boldly sheds light on four priority areas that hyper-occupied CFOs should keep in mind if they want to be successful at driving change within their organizations.
The four priority areas are resilience, intelligence, leadership, and talent, and the study examines each, providing a valuable road map for leaders seeking to combine the best finance talent with the best finance technology and successfully redefine the finance function.
Join us when Trish Coughlin, Corporate Controller & Vice President, Workday, and Annette Melatti, Senior Director of Product Marketing, Workday, explore the study’s findings with CFO Thought Leader host Jack Sweeney.
