What are your priorities as a finance leader over the next 12 months?
Suk: Develop my people, to understand what’s important, what’s critical, ensuring that they’re stepping up, leading, taking the upright action, and they’re progressing on their career goals and developments. That’s paramount for me. Number two is helping our CEO and our president and COO run the business. Hit key metrics. Hold people accountable. Ensure that we are managing to the appropriate targets. And if we’re deviating, fix the course. And then number three is to make sure that we’ve got a good work/life balance. I think you can overdo it a ton if you want to. There are never enough hours in the day. And one thing that I’ve learned to appreciate is that life is short, and it’s important that you take care of yourself. And so that’s really what I’m focused on in 2016.
