There’s little question that aspiring finance leaders must have a hardy appetite when it comes to technical knowledge. Still, Kathy Moore, CFO Thycotic, encourages finance executives to make certain leadership training is also on the menu. Too often, Moore says, finance people keep their lens narrowed on the technical aspects of the job and fail to acquire all the leadership skills they’ll need daily once they enter the CFO office.
